We are excited to represent a prominent Nationwide General Contractor, renowned for their expertise in executing large-scale, complex commercial ventures. Specializing in ambitious projects valued between $20 million to $70 million, our client has established a formidable presence across the country with offices in key regions. Amidst a period of remarkable growth and an influx of projects, they are rapidly expanding in all areas. In particular, they have a number of projects coming online in the Light Industrial, Healthcare & Aviation.
Your new role
As a Project Manager, your role will be to manage commercial projects. You will work closely with all members of the project team, project executives and regional leadership teams and will be responsible for the management of all project team members including mentoring, developing and training team members for fast-paced growth. You will be responsible for owing the project scope, cost control and will be the key point of contact with Owner and Architect.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful Project Manager will be degree educated with a Construction related degree and have prior experience working as a Project Manager within the Commercial Sector. Ideally you will have knowledge of managing complex commercial projects in the $20m+ region and experience with wither Light Industrial, Healthcare or Aviation would be highly advantageous.
