Your new company
Our client is a Nationwide General Contractor, with offices across the country. They specialize in large, complex commercial projects in the $20m to $70m range. They are inundated with work and growing rapidly across all their regions. They have numerous new projects coming on line in Phoenix and are flooded with opportunities in the Multifamily space, including Senior Living Facilities. They have an excellent culture, centered around their ESOP which means all employees have a sense of ownership and voice in the company.
Your new role
The successful Superintendent will oversee the total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. You will coordinate, plan and supervise assistant superintendents, foremen, subcontractors and / or craft activities for the entire project. You will also maintain liaison with other departments to ensure all required materials, equipment, and inspections support the schedule. Finally, you will provide technical assistance (e.g., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment) as required.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful Superintendent will be ambitious and have prior experience working as a Superintendent within the Multifamily Sector, either working for a General Contractor or Development firm.
