This company has been in business for over 40 years and specializes in Job Order Contracting (JOC) across K-12 and Municipal. Around 6 years ago, they started a new division to focus on CSP Bid work in the K-12 sector and have made excellent progress. They are now looking for an exceptional Project Manager with a strong reputation in the K-12 space to take them to the next level!

Your new role

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects. In this position, you will direct and supervise activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitable, adhering to their Safety / Zero Harm culture.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful Project Manager will be degree educated with a Construction related degree and have prior experience working as a Project Manager within the Commercial Sector. Experience within the K-12 sector is a must. Finally, the ideal candidate will have an ambitious nature, as the opportunity to take this division further and oversee it is very much a reality!
