Your new role

The successful Superintendent will oversee the total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. You will coordinate, plan and supervise assistant superintendents, foremen, subcontractors and / or craft activities for the entire project. You will also maintain liaison with other departments to ensure all required materials, equipment, and inspections support the schedule. Finally, you will provide technical assistance (e.g., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment) as required.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful Superintendent will have strong commercial experience, ideally in Tenant Improvement projects. You must have excellent skills in managing / building relationships with subcontractors and have a team-oriented mindset.
